Zucchini Chocolate Chip Bread

I made this recipe from skinnytaste.com, I just pulled it out of the oven 5 minutes ago and I hope its good! I'll try to post a picture of it later.

Day 2 has been okay so far. Earlier in the day I made chicken with balsamic sauce. That was okay but I've felt some mild hunger throughout the day. I went to sleep very hungry last night though. I cheated and ate two pieces of licorice. Of course, on WW you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay within your points. I'm probably going to go over a few points today. Will try better next time (tomorrow)!

Weight Watchers 2012

Without out much previous thought and sort of on a whim I've signed up for Weight Watchers. I've seen the commercials with the lovely Jennifer Hudson for months now and I've always wondered how it worked. I went on the website and liked what I saw.

I am someone that's been trying to lose weight since I can remember. I've always been a chubby kid and I was on my first diet when I was 10-11 years old. A bit young? Yes, probably but that didn't stop my mother from saying I was overweight and needed to go on a diet. Obviously, none of these diets throughout the last 14 years have worked. That's why I'm 24 years old and still overweight. I've been on so many yo yo diets but have never been able to maintain a lifestyle change. I hope with weight watchers I'll not only lose weight but make a long term healthy life style change. I need some of this heaviness gone, I want some lightness in my step. I'm not so vain, there are also some private health reasons I have that motivates me to do this.

I hope to use this blog to make updates on my progress and vent my frustrations as I know I will definitely have some. If anybody has any questions feel free to throw them my way, I will try to answer them to the best of my knowledge.

Day 1 down and many more to go!
